Tim Johnson started in Real Estate as an agent back in 2004 in the 4th bedroom of their home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where they’ve lived for the past 25 years. He started selling homes locally, and his team quickly became one of America’s First Real Estate Mega Teams selling over 400 homes per year.
Tim’s growth and success was outstanding, selling one out of every one hundred homes in Broward and Palm Beach counties. As his team grew, they also found themselves helping more and more Real Estate agents grow and succeed using his marketing techniques, customer service, and lead generation systems.
In 2015, he founded Elevate Real Estate Brokers, and soon after that, they expanded to other markets in Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando.
In 2025, Tim expanded Elevate into Arkansas under the name Level Up Realty.
His goal is to provide real estate professionals with Mentorship, DFY Point & Click Technology, Buyer & Seller Leads, etc. while encouraging and equipping Agents with the tools and knowledge to better serve their clients better.
As the Servant Leaders in Real Estate helping people is a huge part of that. Last year, Elevate/Level Up helped 800 families Buy and Sell Real Estate. And for every home that is sold through Elevate/Level Up, one of 20 charities worldwide is also helped. This is because our agents and team leaders follow the Servant Leadership Model.
