Tim Johnson started in Real Estate as an agent back in 2004 in the 4th bedroom of their home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where they’ve lived for the past 25 years. He started selling homes locally, and his team quickly became America’s First Real Estate Mega Team selling over 400 homes per year. The growth and success of his Real Estate Sales was outstanding, selling one out of every one hundred homes in Broward and Palm Beach counties. As his team grew, they also found themselves helping more and more Real Estate agents grow and succeed using their marketing techniques, customer service, and lead generation systems.

In 2015, he founded Elevate Real Estate Brokers, and soon after that, they expanded to other markets in Florida. Their goal is to provide real estate professionals with support, technology, and training while encouraging, mobilizing, and equipping them to serve their clients better. Today Elevate Brokers operates throughout the State of Florida with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Orlando, and Sarasota. Their agents and brokers successfully help clients buy and sell homes all over the State of Florida.

Tim still lives, works, and loves the community in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Real Estate is their passion, and helping people is a huge part of that.
