Monthly Fees
$97 per month. $50 for team members.
Residential Sales
Agents pay $495 for their first 12 transactions. This adds up to a $5940 annual CAP. After the CAP, they pay Zero dollars per transaction.
Residential Leases
Agents pay $75 for each lease closed.
Leases do not count towards an agent's CAP.
Initial Activation
Agents pay Zero dollars for Activation when they join. As part of activation, Team Leaders will receive 100 business cards, and a name tag.
Company Leads
Agents who want to receive company generated leads or appointments pay a 50/50 split, and no upfront costs.
